New FSO Status Created - Check Your Customized Installed Searches

Hughes has created a new FSO status value called "Installed-Pending FSO Closure".
1. Now, orders with the status of “In Progress” will only have the following IVR values:
  • a. Arrival On Site
  • b. Departure Incomplete
    2. The new status of “Installed-Pending FSO Closure” will only have the one IVR “Departure Complete”.

  • Beam 52, Houston, Anchored on Aug 20th.
  • Beams 19 (San Francisco) and 40 (Asheville, NC) Anchored on Aug. 21st.
  • Load the SBC file to your smart device and create two files one for HT1000 and one for HT1100
  • Upload file to the IDU before pointing.
  • Report pointing problems to Install Support. For detailed instructions go to the Consumer Documents folder in EDOMS
